We're Jess and Stephen — a former racecar driver and a chef who teamed up to build something from scratch. In 2012, we launched Sum Pig as a food truck with a simple mission: serve seriously good, globally inspired street food to the people of Philadelphia and beyond.
What started as a truck has grown into a storefront at the historic Fort Washington Train Station, a full-service catering operation, and a brand trusted by some of the biggest names in the game. We've catered for the 76ers, Roc Nation, Amazon, and even Sir Paul McCartney — but we're still the same family-owned team making everything from scratch, every single day.
When we're not in the kitchen, we're homeschooling our daughter, planning our next Disney trip, and living proof that you can turn a wild idea into a real business.
